Frequently Asked Questions | AAA Roll Off Rentals
Your delivery day is "day 1". If the option you choose is a 3-day dumpster and it is delivered on Monday, your third day is Wednesday. You would need to call, text or email us on or before Wednesday to let us know you are ready for pick up. We will mark your dumpster as "ready" and put it on the list for pick up. Your pick up will occur after Wednesday. Please don't worry if it takes us an extra day to get there, we know you are ready and you will not be charged for our delay. Additional days are only charged if you fail to let us know you are ready for pick up.



If you are booking your dumpster service on-line, please pay attention to the days you are selecting for delivery and end dates. If you are booking a 7-day option and your delivery day is Thursday, make sure you select the following Wednesday as your end date so you are not charged an extra day (if you pick Thursday to Thursday, you would be charged one extra day since this is 8-days). We manually adjust your order for pick up after you call/text/email that you are ready - this way, you don't get charged an extra day AND you get your full seven days on-site!
